When Lauren contacted me and said that she wanted to plan a session to not only celebrate her gorgeous family but also her engagement I was so thrilled! A fall engagement/family session? Sounded perfect to me! We chatted through location options and decided on this secluded woods in Prince Edward County. Lauren’s family drove up from Toronto for their Prince Edward county family session. Once they arrived we chatted for a bit, and I got to know her two adorable girls a bit before diving into photos! Once we were ready to begin I had them start with holding hands and simply walking through the forest-bonus we saw a little gartner snake. Growing up with 8 brothers snakes don’t bother me and I happily caught it and showed it to the girls You never know what you will find adventuring in PEC! Once the girls got a little more relaxed we started swinging and skipping, hugs, cuddles, and tickles from Mom and Dad. Want to know more about what my sessions are all about? Golden hour hits different in Prince Edward County.

After we had taken photos of the whole family, and photos of each parent and kiddo together I shifted over to the engagement photo portion of the session. Get ready to swoon over these two ( you know if you haven’t already looking at their family).
